This program blends a combination of Trail, Track, Swimming, Fitness, Strength and Endurance Training. This 8 week Winter program offers flexibility with a variety of coached group workouts each week. Workout with others, try a new activity & maintain your fitness over the holidays. Challenge yourself with our fun winter cross training program and the start the New Year off right!
Girls ages 8-12 will enjoy a non-competitive team environment while learning good nutrition habits, running and training to participate in a 5k run. All levels welcome!
Mixing It Up On The Trails! This Intermediate level class is an introduction to Trail Running for girls ages 10-14. Participants must be able to run 20+ mins without stopping prior to first class.
Fitness/Agility/Speed/Training offers valuable benefits of injury prevention and comprehensive conditioning.
This exciting program blends a combination of Speedwork, Swimming, Fitness, Strength and Endurance Training. Crosstraining as you prepare for a 10k or half marathon will keep you strong & injury-free. This 13 week Fall program offers 8 coached group workouts per week. Join us this fall and workout with friends. Challenge yourself and accomplish your goals!
This track training works on speed, strength, form and endurance running. It is for all levels of runners and a great way to meet and train with other local women runners.
One on One Nutrition and/or Personal Training sessions are available with Nutritionist, Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer Kim Juarez. It is time to invest in YOUR health!

This is our NEW Summer membership. This exciting membership blends a combination of Trail, Track, Swimming, Fitness, Strength and Endurance Training. Variety is the spice of life! This 8 week Summer membership offers 9 coached group workouts per week. That gives you 72 workouts to choose from this summer! Join our outside gym and workout with friends. Challenge yourself with our fun summer cross training membership!
This specially designed for teen & pre-teenage girls will have them up and running before they head back to school! A great pre-season fitness class to get ready for their Fall sports. This 4 week class is offered to girls ages 11-14yrs (entering 6th through 9th grade). Total body fitness, running endurance and core strength will be key components of the class.
This one day class will have kids running, chopping, grilling, baking, preparing and eating a delicious lunch. Chef Scott Davis will teach the kids with hands-on cooking in a professional kitchen to find their inner chef.
