Girls Teen/Pre-Teen Fitness & Running Class

This specially designed for teen & pre-teenage girls will have them up and running before they head back to school! A great pre-season fitness class to get ready for their Fall sports. This 4 week class is offered to girls ages 11-14yrs (entering 6th through 9th grade). Total body fitness, running endurance and core strength will be key components of the class.
