What is the LOLA Family Workout?

This hour-long fitness session is offered to the moms, dads, brothers and sisters of any girl while registered in a LOLA program. The family workouts are held on Saturday or Sunday mornings at various outdoor locations where we run, walk, jump and climb! This is a chance to get everyone out of the house for a family-friendly run and workout! All levels are welcome!

What if my daughter has not run much before?

No problem, we love new runners! Kids naturally like to move, so the LOLA program wants to just get them going! Programs begin with short runs and we build on that each week, adding time on gradually. We always encourage the girls to "keep moving" whether they are running, walking or a little of both.

What gear is needed to participate?

Just a good pair of running shoes, comfortable clothes & water bottle. (sunscreen recommended)
